Problem:
Tried to update the Topdon ONE diagnostic scanner VCI firmware, it said low voltage.
Does the VCI need to be plugged into a vehicle and plugged into the scan tool itself to perform the firmware update?
Solution:
Connect the VCI to the vehicle while performing the firmware update to resolve the low voltage warning issue.
Topdon is also aware of this issue, and it is planned to be optimized in the upcoming V2.71 version update. Please kindly wait for the new version.
