I know NASTF is required to program keys. But if someone has a Topdon UltraDiag and a T-Dart can they still check keys without nastf credentials?
Can the T-Dart still be used to read transponders without nastf?

Yes, you can still use the read transponder functions of T-Darts without NASTF.
Key programming is the only function limited by NASTF requirements.
Please note that certain functions can be limited by the manufacturer and not by TOPDON.
