If you have something wrong with your Topdon Carpal scanner, you are able to send data log in App.
Follow this path:
Upload the log in the device: enter the APP >Me >Help and Feedback to ->Click Feedback -> Enter a title-> Select a feedback type->Fill in a description of the issue-> Select the corresponding log-> submit.
