Problem:
I have a Topdon Artidiag600s scanner and trying to connect to a 2023 Nissan Primastar. Reads VIN ok but then does not see any modules, can’t auto scan, can’t see anything.
Unit is updated to current software and Nissan updates. Any solution?
Solution:
AutoAuth subscription is needed since the Nissan 2023 Primaster is equipped with an SGW module. Its VIN is public, but the secure gateway blocks everything else.
