Problem:
Topdon Phoenix Smart scanner user here. Can anyone successfully scan 2022 up Mercedes Benz with DOIP connections? I connected USB cable from scan tool to MDCI, but it keep failing.
Error: DoIP connection failed.
Solution:
Update the MDCI pro firmware to latest version then try again.
Additionally, this vehicle may only permit code scanning since it is a SGW gateway vehicle.
2022 and up Benz need SGW access.
TopDon does not support Mercedes autoauth YET.
