Topdon Rlink Not Connect with wiTech2 Internal Error?

Problem:

Topon Rlink Lite disconnecting in Chrysler witech 2 after choose the device. When I choose my rlink in witech 2 for a second it says connected but then it says “Device not connected, internal error”. I downloaded chrysler driver and updated topdon.  How to get this to connect?

 

 

There has also been a recent update to the C++ files that are required. If you have not done so yet, please update these. Here is a link to the all-in-one package that people typically use.
