Last week, we announced that Topdon AD800BT2, AD600 Elite and AD700 scanners have been upgraded from a 2‑year plan to lifetime free upgrades. This week, two more devices have also been added to the lifetime free upgrade program- Ultradiag and Artidiag900 Lite.
Lifetime free software updates are now standard on Ultradiag, Artidiag900 Lite, Artidiag800 BT 2 and Artidiag 700 diagnostic scanners.
TOPDON changed the update policy for these scanners to lifetime software updates.
Existing owners get lifetime updates automatically once you connect to the internet and download your next update.
Turn your UltraDiag/AD900 Lite completely off and then back on again, then make sure it’s connected to a stable Wi-Fi network. After that, check the Software Update section again. The lifetime update status should sync automatically once the device reconnects.
If it still doesn’t show up after restarting and reconnecting, contact your dealer by providing device serial number to check update status.
