Can the TopDon ONE do key programming for a Dodge Ram? Can I find it anywhere on my scanner or do i need something else to go with it for it to work?

Only the ONE plus, and that requires NASTF SDRM professional credentials (just like is required on Autel, launch and all other North American professional tools).
The TOPDON ONE Plus does support key programming/IMMO functions for compatible vehicles, including selected Dodge/RAM models. The exact functions available will depend on your vehicle’s model and year.
