Problem:
Just bought a new TOPDON ONE Plus diagnostic scanner and updated it to the latest software. However, when I try to scan a car, I get this notification. The device says there are no further updates available. Has anyone experienced this before or know how to fix it?
Solution:
Make sure you have updated the VCI firmware to latest version as well.
If it still doesn’t work, send SN and data log to Topdon engineer for analysis.
