How to Unbind Topdon Scanners?

Problem:

I recently purchased a Topdon Artidiag800 BT diagnostic scanner, but I am unable to bind it to my account because it appears to be linked to a different email address. The device shows that the device is already registered.

Could you please help me unbind this scanner from the previous account?

 

How to unbind Topdon (Phoenix series, Artidiag series, Topscan etc) scanners?

To unbind a Topdon account, contact support@topdon.com and provide the device’s serial number (SN) for them to unbind it for you.

If you need to unbind a TopScan or other Topdon account and the device is not bound to another account, you can unbind it through the app via Me > Personal Account > Delete Account and follow the prompts to verify the account for deletion.

 

For devices bound to another account

Contact Topdon support at support@topdon.com.

Provide the serial number (SN) of the device you wish to unbind.

Provide a photo of the device’s serial number (SN), along with your device’s username and password, as well as the new email address you wish to link. They also need a photo of the VCI.

You may also need to provide your order number for verification, especially if you purchased the device secondhand.

Once all the information is complete, Topdon technician will make the transfer for you.

For your own account

If the device is not bound to another account, you can delete the account through the Topdon app.
Go to Me > Personal Account > Delete Account.
Follow the on-screen prompts and enter the verification code sent to your email to delete the account.
