Problem:
The Topdon artidiag800 BT2 scanner will not accept the pending update to V1.15 for V1.12…it downloads then as android is preparing to install the machine turns off and reboots. When back on it still says update waiting.
I have gone round in circles 8 times trying to download and install.
Any solution?
Possible solutions:
1. Change another WiFi connection.
2. Check free memory, clear the cache and try again.
3. Change another cable.
4. Try more attempts. Last time took me 9 attempts to download then it finally did it.
If none of them are working, please leave your serial number and contact Topdon customer service.
