Is there anyone who successfully connected the Topdon Phoenix Smart MDCI interface with J2543Plus software and work with ODIS?

Yes, MDCI does work with ODIS software.
MDCI is compatible with these OEM software.
Better option is rlink j2534 or rlink lite. Those work like oem hardware.
It says it’s J2534 compatible, doesn’t mean it will have full functionality on every application. Some of them don’t activate Ethernet or D-Can protocols properly.
The MDCI does not have the capability to function properly with ODIS. If you are looking for a j2534 that will, the RLink series is what you want.
