Problem:
I’ve bought a second hand Topdon Phoenix Lite 3 diagnostic scanner. It keeps showing the current device SN has bound to another gmail. what does this mean and how do I get rid of it ?
Solution:
The device is still locked to the previous owners.
Join Topdon community and ask for it to be unbinded!!
NOTE: If it is a stolen device you won’t be able to do anything.
