Problem:
Diagnosed this vw and one of the things it needed was a reflash. Hooked up Topdon ONE Plus diagnostic scanner, went in and got to this screen where you can see the current cal at the top and the new cal buttom from the TSB. I then assumed that the file was available. Sold the job hooked back up and when I click on the correct cal it proceeds to download then says file not available.
Solution:
Your ISP is blocking the download. Try a VPN.
Send Topdon your device serial number.
They’ll check it for you and push the VPN configuration if needed.
After that, please try downloading the calibration file again and let us know how it goes.
