Can the Topdon TopScan Lite or TopScan Pro be upgraded to the topscan master?
That’s not possible. The hardware of the TopScan Lite/Pro and the TopScan Master is different.
You can update Topscan Lite to Topscan pro. They have same hardware and both supports CAN FD protocol.

The Topscan Master has different hardware. It adds DoIP protocol support.
No possible to update Lite/Pro to topscan Master.
